Madhu Chocolate is a company born out of a passion for combining traditional Indian flavors with the decadence of chocolate. Every detail is put into these chocolate bars, from the beautiful packaging inspired by Indian textiles to the gorgeous bars themselves. Cacao is sourced from the Tumaco region of Colombia and Idukki Hills region in Kerala, India, then meticulously roast, crack, winnow, grind, flavor, temper, and wrap all bars by hand. We hope you can taste the love in every bite.

Cardamom: Sweet, floral, a little bit citrusy, it is the perfect accompaniment to a smooth dark chocolate.

Idukki Black Pepper: Good Food Award Winner 2022 - A 68% dark chocolate made with Idukki Hills beans from Kerala, India. This amazing bar is flavored with Diaspora Co. single origin black pepper from Thirunelly, Kerala, which adds a unique, almost savory flavor that makes this bar truly special.

Lemon Coriander: A beautiful blend of citrus and coriander seeds. Simply refreshing!

Masala Chai: Cardamom, cloves, black pepper, ginger, and a little bit of mint are added to Assam tea and ground along with a slightly milky 60% chocolate.

Rose Pistachio: Both pistachios and rose petals are grinded along with cacao and sugar so make a nutty, slightly floral chocolate with a soft, creamy texture. The addition of pistachios and rose petals to the back makes each bar a visual delight. It’s truly a treat for all the senses.

Saffron: Good Food Award Winner 2023 - Saffron is worth its weight in gold. Literally! Drawing inspiration from traditional Indian beverages, saffron would make the perfect addition to a milk chocolate bar. The combination of floral saffron and milk chocolate give this bar a refreshing, honey-like quality.

Vanilla Fennel: After an Indian meal, it is common to freshen your breath with a pinch of candy coated fennel. This was our inspiration for our Vanilla Fennel 76% Dark Chocolate bar. The floral, licorice flavor from fennel seed is paired with the familiar, warm baking spices of vanilla for a bar that is too easy to love at any time.
