Tree of Chocolate or any of its employees or associates does not insure the quality or speed of delivery by any of our shipping vendors. 

Warm Weather Shipping Policy

For the months of May through October we recommend that all chocolates be shipped in an insulated container with ice packs in order to prevent the chocolate from melting during the shipping process. The “warm weather” packing will protect the chocolate for 2 days under normal circumstances. 

Return and Refund Policy

We take care and ship all orders with utmost care and attention, making sure that each package received is in the same good condition as it left the store.  We guarantee your full and complete satisfaction.
